Your Notebook Prompts

The day-by-day guide for your handwritten journal

This is where you think by hand. The site keeps your numbers for you: your Impostor Profile, your resonance rate, your track ratings, your practice log. Nothing here asks you to copy any of that down. Every prompt asks you something the site cannot answer for you.

You do not need to write long entries. A few sentences is usually enough. The point is not volume. The point is that the act of writing by hand encodes the idea differently than reading it on a screen, and the notebook becomes a record of your personal discoveries that you can reference for the rest of your life.

One sentence after each Autonomic Tuner session is the only prompt that repeats every day. Everything else is assigned on specific days. When something you discover here becomes a decision, it goes on your Genius Protocol, the one-page distillation you build as you go.

Getting Started

Complete these on Day 1, once you have taken the Diagnostic Intake Survey, run the Resonance Finder, and named your Impostor on your dashboard. Your profile and your breathing rate stay on the site, so there is nothing to copy across.

The Impostor's Story

You named your Impostor on your dashboard (the Impostor Name Generator is there if you want it). The name should feel small, dismissive, even slightly ridiculous. The point is cognitive defusion: when the voice in your head has a name other than yours, it becomes a character you can observe, predict, and laugh at rather than a truth you inhabit.

Now use the name. Write the story the Impostor tells about you, in the third person. This is not what you believe. This is what the voice says.

[Name] says: _______

What You Want to Be True Instead

What would it look like if the Impostor lost its grip?

What I want to be true instead: _______

Every Day

The one prompt that repeats all 42 days

One Sentence After Each Session

The Tuner asks you to rate each new content track from 1 to 5 and keeps that number for you. Your highest-rated tracks gather in the Favorites tab and become the reframes in your Genius Protocol, so none of that needs writing down.

What the site cannot do is notice on your behalf. After each session, write one line by hand: what landed, what did not, or what you caught yourself doing.

Today: _______

Week 1: The Impostor in the Room

From story to sound

Day 1 — Week 1 Launch

Watch the Week 1 video module. Listen to the first three content tracks this week.

Day 7 — Week 1 Reflection

End of the first week. Time to reflect.

My Impostor's favorite entrance: After a week of noticing, when does [Name] tend to show up? What does it say first? _______

Open the Favorites tab in your Tuner. Your highest-rated track from this week is sitting at the top. Why did that one land? _______

Prompts for Weeks 2–6 will be posted here as each week begins.
